1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

•   We never ship on weekends or holidays. All shipments. have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped with USPS 2-3 day priority mail or USPS First Class mail, depending on the shipping option you choose during check out.  International Shipments are sent via USPS, Fedex or DHL and can also be expressed. When shipped, orders will take time to update tracking. You will get a shipping confirmation once shipped.

• ORDER PROCESSING TAKES  7-10 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days. Please note for I tips processing times are different. Itips are handmade which means someone actually sits and makes them 1 by 1. This may result in a processing time of 1 to 10 business days. Your order is shipped,  AFTER processing.

 2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available according to processing times and the date you placed your order. Please be advised your order will not be shipped during processing time. ORDERS ARE PROCESSED THEN SHIPPED. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from PayPal. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox.
